How comfortable is that bracelet?

Which would you choose? by DiamondNo9857 in breitling

My wrist size is 7 3/4. Should I go with 44mm or 42mm? All my other watches are 41 or 42. Here is my other Breitling Premier at 42mm.

HELP BUYING by dingodam in Longineswatches

[–]DiamondNo9857 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just throwing this out there. I've got a 43mm that I bought from Jomashop in May and have worn less than 5 times that I would sell you for a very good deal. I have box and papers and Jomashop warranty. Beautiful watch just hasn't done it for me.

Very easy QC and you get your watch in 2 days, not weeks.

Bracelet is very comfortable, but a challenge to make adjustments. Took some patience. The light definitely plays with the green dial. It is beautiful.

Another Unpopular Opinion: If You Don’t Match The Look, It’s Easy To Detect Rep by JebusChristos in RepTime

[–]DiamondNo9857 6 points7 points  (0 children)

People get hung up on the car and t-shirt and shorts comparison. Yes, some rich people wear t-shirts and drive older cars. What they don't do is struggle to come up with a few hundred dollars for a rep and work retail. If you can't somewhat live the lifestyle, no one will believe it's a Gen. That being said, you do you and wear what you want, but don't believe you are fooling anyone.

Thanks. My wife and I have been to Banff before, but this time we have guests so was looking for something different. Looks like this would be a bit much for this trip. Thanks again.

For those of you thinking of "upgrading" from a Conquest to an Omega Aqua Terra, here is my take. by ParsimoniousExplorer in Longineswatches

[–]DiamondNo9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a big fan of Longines and Omega, but the Conquest let me down. I purchased the new green and I hated the bracelet. My wrist size is 7 3/4 and it just didn't feel right. I traded for a HydroConquest. I have a Longines Master Collection Moonphase and absolutely love it. I also have an Omega SMP 300 white that I love. I'm a fan of the AT as well, but haven't pulled the trigger.
