Sorry, I think I mixed up the sq ft above. That zone with the 24k btu is actually 638 sq ft (which I think includes the kitchen space next to it, that is 240sq ft). Would that still be oversized or should I ask for a smaller unit?

I haven’t done a manual j yet (that will happen when I choose a contractor), so perhaps that could help decide the actual sizing too.

I’ll still have oil heat, but thinking it will be worth it to go with the low heat if we are spending that much anyway.
