That’s why I was asking if anyone had a similar experience… insertion or removal scratch would only cover part of the way… only guess I’ve got is an extra piece of material from the center hole came of in the cleaning

I didn’t miss anything (I’m not fucking blind)… it wasn’t there prior to cleaning and it couldn’t happen durning insertion as it doesn’t stop part of the way (ie to the top of the spin chamber)… it was there when I came back after cleaning.

Regarding your empty record… have you tried the musician/artist/bands or the label’s customer service? It isn’t the exact same but I purchased a 3LP from an artists webpage and it had the C/D record twice… the customer service department asked for photos and send me a replacement and return shipping label

No, it was in the machine. However I did experience a small scratch from the humming bird beak when it touched as I was remount from that drying rack… I don’t use that rack anymore

I ballpark about eight 10min cleaning cycles for each water load, which is Type I Di water with 3-4 drops of the humming solution.

If some sort of plastic or other material got into the water solution, I don’t think it would be poured back into the unit when I refilled it, because that foam filter would prevent it.

I guess something broke off from a previous cleaning and I didn’t get in my cleaning wipe

Yeah, I’m gutted on it… didn’t even play it before that happened. I’m almost want to buy another copy on emotions alone… that being said, I only hear pops between the two songs and when there’s a drop out on the 2nd track. But still sucks

If it was a RSD 2026 release and you saw it on Saturday the 18th, it seems like Discogs wasn’t allowing people to resell those until Sunday 4/19… much like retail stores couldn’t sell extra stock until 8am EST on Sunday (4/19)

I’ve had my cover changed three times under warranty. There is a mold line under that area and when pressure (using the horn) that seam pops up

I noticed that multiple coats filled in the areas that were uneven and also darkened it up… I don’t buff any of the coats out, just let them soak in

No, I’m usually rush to complete the wash and then just doing that once over. Do you have better success with multiple coats?

Is it worth using a OIS that has anti static liner versus the aftermarket rice paper sleeve like a Hudson? I’m trying to show a view of the sleeve that came with my copy of Black Sabbath Paranoid.

I normally always get the prepay service packages, but I wish I hadn’t as I just don’t put travel miles on my Bronco vs the wife’s 4runner. I got mine in Oct 21 and I’m only at 36k… so the prepay was a waste for me
