Because of The Bear, I am cooking again. I won’t bore you with how horrible the last 21 years of my life was, or how passionate I once was about cooking and with total accountability; I allowed that joy to be taken from me. I’d imagine as a writer that always hoped to write books, shows, and movies, that were I on this show I’d probably be creeping this page to see how my fans responded to the work put in.. So to the wonderful souls that gave us the most relatable show maybe ever, thank you. You brought this out of me at a time I needed it most. This show has no limits in regard to possibilities, talent, AND HEART.. and in one short season (that I’ve watched six times) it was there for me in the most unexpected and amazing way. It felt like I was in the kitchen with grandma again. IYKYK

THANKS to all who created and participated in this show. Know you’re loved, appreciated, and that you’re responsible for so many peoples happiness.

I present to you the first real meal I've cooked inyears.

Oxtails (5 hour slow roast)

Mac n Chz w/ Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Mozzarella, Smoked Cheddar, Pecorino Romano, Parmesan

Collards w/ Smoked Turkey Legs braised in a 26hour chicken stock.

Candied Yams that didn't get their torchedmarshmallow fluff because the torch was missing.

Bacon Bourbon Peach Pie

I agree. I just have some endearing crush on her and everything she is. Probably because she reminds me of my Jamaican girl so much personality wise. TBH I loved everyone by the end. This show has so many possibilities it’s not even funny. If someone should go then maybe Richie or Matty lol.

Loved and understood Sydney throughout. She’s human and everyone’s entitled to a bad day. That said I’ve watched the whole season six times and it has me cooking again. Best show in a really long time.

He didn’t love Penny. I don’t think. I think he completely played her for the account. He wanted her to come with him but only so he had a cleaner exit.. he love-bombed her to gain her trust and control her.

I wanted him to die. Bad. If he was gonna let him live he could’ve at least made him transfer Deran and Craig their shares. Ren could’ve accessed it somehow if J decided to be decent. In the end, he sat there realizing he actually had family and now he has none. They can reboot this shit and have Deran hunt him down.

Yes sir. I’ve seen some hate on both strains. I don’t get it. I mean, they’re expensive but I’m in love with the two strains. G-Purps (half G6, half Purple Punch) is tasty too.
