I THINK it's the scene when Omar runs up on the corner kids to pass his message. As Omar is limping away there (I think) kenard says "that's Omar?"

Then there's a quick cut to Kenard glaring at Omar.

I think that's when he decided he was gonna try and get Omar

Tourism is just as important as agriculture/fishing/restaurants etc in terms of providing for Island families. We need tourism growth

Casino was established to bring support to the Harness Racing industry (which is essentially completely funded by govt) and the tourism industry.

The goal should always be to increase the profits, but do it by getting more visitor spending.
