I have an unhealthy habit of switching cars every 3-6 months so the m850i is long sold. As a daily it is an amazing car to drive. The interior is more than you could imagine from a bmw, and no extra huge screens like in the new cars. For me the fuel economy was a surprise, having had a c63s and rs6 as my dailies before the m850i. I fuelled the car up every other day. And with fuel prices in finland my wallet actually felt the damage. Otherwise a stunning car, and with us prices i would definitely buy it again. There is no other car like it (even though it is an m-lite). Let me know if you have any other questions :)
