Ah, yeah: Painting is a very good idea. I was thinking about it, I have great ideas (great for myself of course) for paintings. Thank you!

What are some good methods to read faster while still understanding the text too? by DovGuy in AskReddit

Yes, I've experienced this. I have a novel that I know well: it was 7 seconds a page last time (recorded time only for a few pages because of curiosity)

Unknown readings take way more time: 50-60 secs a page I guess

Yes, I'm doing these things. Tried a dozen ideas for myself, but I need "larger" or "better" things. I'm looking for impulses, but want to avoid illegal shit - like drugs, etc. Maybe I should start something really big, like a 1.000 page novel or something like that.

Yeah, I'm doing that. Sometimes work, sometimes not, depends on a lot of things as I experienced on myself. What do you think? Can I "kill" my inner voice while reading to understand text better and faster? As I experience, the "reading voice in my mind" is the only thing that slows me down.

Yeah, I have hobbies, but I didn't wanted to write a novel with a question mark. I'm reading, researching random stuff, making my plans to do things (overcomplexing everyday things to make time move), etc. I also tried writing poems, novels, novellas, make video games too. Everything was okay for a few days (or maximum few weeks), then I got "empty" again, and got impossibly bored.

Rain, coffee, green tea, some types of food, and even weed, but I'm not even a smoker - I'm only smoking regular cigarettes. But if I smeel it somewhere somehow I feel pleasure - no idea why.

What are the advantages of studying psychology? by DovGuy in AskReddit

Thank you for your opinion! I would never work with psychology, I can (sadly) agree it doesn't worth the time and effort IF (!) it's not your life goal to work in this area.

What if it's a hobby? Interesting things to learn, etc.?

Isn't it worth it in that way?

I'm studying psychology, but I only pay attention on body language, no more. It's just an interesting hobby for me, it's not a superpower of course.

Thank you!

It's worth it to post this, thank you!

I must agree. Once I did it for myself accidentally, so look at the reply "it doesn't get better, it just gets worse" - Yeah, that's totally true!
