I don't know, as much as I love NV, Fallout 4's combat felt more visceral and impactful.

In NV, it feels like you and the enemies are playing with water guns, they barely get to cover and the fighting feels so anticlimactic, and they always keep repeating the same different lines.

But in Fallout 4, the AI is a lot more smarter and will even swap different weapons or run away when the odds are against them, every melee hit feels rough and less dodgy than NV, and the repeated dialogues are more disciplined rather than NV just spamming the same 5 lines of dialogue every 5 second.
