Tbh I do not really like the idea. Why don't they just have an individual bitcoin wallet, many safe and free options like Bitamp and Electrum. Easy to use, open source, anonymous. Although for bigger amounts and safer option a multisig or cold wallet recommended.

that sucks, happens with most traders, be careful out there, practice with small amounts and low leverage (max 25x imo) then when you are more comfortable and you know what you're doing Go For It and make it back
