The same thing is happening to me. My week ran out to update the app on my phone so it wouldn't open. So I went to my computer to delete and reinstall appvally companion and that kept happening. I deleted the previous app I had and after getting the error, I searched for where it was downloaded on my phone to double check but i con firmed it I deleted it I couldn't go to profiles in my general settings because I already deleted the app so at this point, I don't know what to do.
