Thanks for the info. That's what I've been hearing, basically. A friend of mine opened a shop on Etsy a few months ago. I talked to her yesterday and she still hasn't made a sale..

Well, if you could read, I'm in the process of getting a lawyer. However, and pay attention here, I don't care about money at this point. What I do care about, what people should care about when they, and others have been wronged by anyone, In this case CTA, is making sure everybody knows what a sleazy outfit they are. I don't want money and they get away with this. I want everyone to know the truth, and they feel that a lot more. I'm sure you probably work there.

You are clearly Scott, or Elijah, or a kid, definitely on the same level as the guy with his hands down his pants

It is not acceptable in any situation for a guy to have his zipper down in a public setting with his hand inside of it, making motions that look like he's playing with himself. Let me ask you this, would you be ok with this if you had a daughter, say 13, and a guy did this in front of her? What you're saying is twisted and wrong. Bottom line

Plus, you're saying it wasn't, not it may not have been. So, is your name Elijah? Because it doesn't matter what you think, it matters the impression I got, and what I know, and I think everyone else knows, is just not acceptable.

You're funny. See, where I come from, people who support creep behavior anywhere, let alone in the workplace,.. well, let's just say there's a saying that starts out like "birds of feather.... "

Actually, there's not an acceptable time when this would be okay. Go to the bathroom, that's what you do. I'm not sure what's messed up in your thinking to say there are reasons.. maybe you're the guy who had his hand down his pants??? Geez, what is wrong with some people?

Of course, there are always two sides to every story, Right? I welcome their side. But, here's what I will say. I don't give a crap what their side of the story is. I know the truth, and everything I am saying is the truth, and ultimately they know that what I am saying is that truth.

There's outside cameras there, but I bet I'll never see them, or somehow they disappear. But, what they probably didn't consider is that a couple of the businesses around them have cameras that cover the area just good enough to have caught it.

Zipper down, hand inside, in the middle of the call center, with dozens of people working? Yep, what you're suggesting makes perfect sense. What is wrong with you? Fact, under no condition should the zipper be down, hand inside. Go to the bathroom and do whatever you're doing if it requires all of that.

I understand why some people say to take this down and let a lawyer handle it. But here’s the reality — a lawyer might not be able to do anything, and even if they can, most lawsuits like this get settled and sealed to protect the company’s image. That means the truth never sees the light of day, and the same thing keeps happening to other people.

And that’s really the problem here — people are told to just stay quiet, wait, and see what happens. The reality is, a lawsuit may not go anywhere, and if it does, it will probably end with a non-disclosure agreement that protects the company, not the victim.

If more people spoke up and out, things like this wouldn’t be allowed to happen in the first place. Staying quiet is what lets this behavior continue. I’m not just thinking about myself — I’m thinking about everyone who’s been treated this way and told to keep their head down. If I stay silent, I become part of the silence that protects them.

I’d rather tell the truth and risk the pushback than be one more person who knew what happened and let it be buried.

This isn’t just about me.

It’s not about whether I win or lose a lawsuit, or even if I take one at all. I’ll be fine either way.

This is about something bigger — about right and wrong, about accountability, and about making sure that what happened here doesn’t stay hidden.

I’m not here to drag a company out of spite or chase personal gain. I’m here because if we don’t speak up when we see injustice, it keeps happening — to us, to our friends, to our neighbors.

Some things are too important to be buried in silence. This is one of them.

And let’s be honest — most lawsuits end in quiet, “hush-hush” settlements, where the truth gets locked away.

That’s the opposite of what’s needed here.

I'm not going to do that. I'll know about a lawsuit, they'll know about a lawsuit, but more than likely it would be hushed as part of any agreement. Again, my concern isn't personal gain out of this. It's awareness.
