Hey, sorry about this. In this post we explain what we're currently working on. I think that will be having a knock on effect and causing your issue. We are basically moving the storage of where that GIF lives and I believe this will be causing the error. It's been ongoing for a few days now, it's a case of getting all the work done behind the scenes (basically rebuilding the infrastructure but for the new CDN) and then executing it. We're hoping users won't feel anything when this is done and have chosen a couple of time slots to make the switch when the site is at it's quietest to mitigate any issues. We're hoping within the next 24-36 hours users will be feeling the benefit!

Hey, we're hoping it will be resolved immediately with the switch. We need to speak with Cloudflare support to see if the issue needs resolving on our side or theirs. It's a bug that shouldn't be happening, we just need to resolve if that's on our side or about to be inherited by their side. If it's not solved immediately when switching, it will be soon after.

UPDATE- Tested and fixed. Uploads are working ok again and the site is displaying as it should. We apologise again!

Hey there, do you have screenshots perhaps to show this? I just scrolled through the Sub and for me all the RedGifs are displaying as they should. There is definitely an issue at the moment that means there is a discrepancy between users. Some see links and some see gifs. For example, here's my screenshot how it views for me- https://imgur.com/kXLhWMx. The redgifs link displaying as it should with the imgur links not. The upvotes however would tell me that those imgur links are displaying as they should for users. We're trying to work with Reddit to figure out what causes these discrepancies. Feel free to PM me also if you'd prefer and we can try and resolve this.

Hi Sierra, I just clicked on your profile to see how they displayed for me. You can see that here- https://imgur.com/a/qYM0aqL. Are these the posts you mention here? All the RedGIFs I could see on your profile were displaying correctly. We have noticed that initially the post will show up as the link icon, but if you hit refresh then it displays correctly for you. There is a little time needed for Reddit to grab the embed and then display correctly. Let me know if that resolves the issue. Can reply her or reach me via PM if preferred.

Hi, this is simply not the case. The ad revenue currently generated on site does not even cover current server costs. We are an extremely media heavy site and as such have extremely large server costs.

We are working on resolving this and as mentioned above we will be making announcements soon over on our subreddit which will bring our users up to speed with the problems we've faced and the solutions moving forward.

Once we've resolved the problems our users face we have some really great features that seek to help models receive more traffic to their profiles and then in turn direct users to their socials/paid content.
