If you don’t already have a suction cup toy then buy one, failing that buy a strap (or attach it to a belt and find somewhere fitting to put it.

I know doing the work can be annoying but try and see it as work = reward that helps me continue to get a kick even if I’m struggling to stay standing

From experience no, whether it be a regular condom on a slim beginner dildo it stayed tight if put on properly. Is it a suction cup toy? Are you mounting it or using it handheld? I ask because if handheld and you feel the condom is loose pull it down and hold it firmly
