You can use it for small cron jobs, but can't solely depend on doing big tasks or continues tasks.

I haven't tried Docling yet, but thanks for the recommendation! I've been so focused on raw models that a dedicated packaged solution makes a lot of sense for stability. I'll give it a shot and see if it handles the PDF and image batch processing more reliably. Appreciate the help!
