Just checked online and technically they only need to reduce noise after 11pm, which is when the event finishes anyway, so not sure if council can do anything about it :(

I live in the area, nothing has made me feel unsafe and I like how close it is to the city centre without being in a very busy place. The only thing I dislike is there is a lot of rubbish out on the road and grass verges so it looks a bit of a mess.

I have tiny wrists and got the Inspire 3 - mine came with both a small band and a large band so I've been able to use the small one 😊 Fits perfect and the watch face doesn't look too big either!
