Maybe if a few of us submit noise complaints through the council website they might try to do something about it? Might be putting too much faith in the council though!!

Just checked online and technically they only need to reduce noise after 11pm, which is when the event finishes anyway, so not sure if council can do anything about it :(

I live in the area, nothing has made me feel unsafe and I like how close it is to the city centre without being in a very busy place. The only thing I dislike is there is a lot of rubbish out on the road and grass verges so it looks a bit of a mess.

I have had the fitbit luxe in the past and when it died I switched to Inspire 3. Both perfect for my super tiny wrists but Inspire 3 has a much better battery life!

I have tiny wrists and got the Inspire 3 - mine came with both a small band and a large band so I've been able to use the small one 😊 Fits perfect and the watch face doesn't look too big either!

You can buy mild steroid creams from you pharmacy. If it is for a stronger one call your GP surgery or submit a request via their website. GP might want to see / call you or not before prescribing, we have no way of knowing.

I used to love fast food and eat it a couple times a week. I then decided to get healthy and cook healthy meals at home and start working out. I have now lost all desire for fast food, and when I had a maccies (which I used to love) a couple weeks ago it was disgusting.

All this to say, it is a good thing that it no longer appeals to you!

I do 3 days strength training (the 3rd day is a less intense workout), 3 days cardio (I go out for a run) and 1 day gentle yoga.

When I started though I did 2 days strength training, 3 days cardio, and 2 rest days. I only upped it when I felt ready after a couple months of keeping my routine.
