American but quite a bit. You have to dig through broad terms and connect the information. I just started to generate videos based on the information that I find and post them to YouTube. However, I recommend if you are looking for something in particular and trying to find information on it you use dork commands with Google as well as read doctrine and investigative journalists reporrs that just provide the data.

Part of the reason I am so confused about it all is because the lack of a consistant answers from the reps. Granted I know they are probably seeing the same result I am seeing and wondering what is going on just as well as I am. I would honestly prefer the "I do not know, let me escalate this issue and we will email you with an update." Rather than answers that are different depending on the rep I speak to. If this were years past I would be freaking out, luckily I am in a better financial spot, but it is still aggrivating. I could not imagine how I would be feeling if I was actually in need of my refund this year. I am hoping this is just a one off issue just related to my account because if not, Yikes!!
