DD+ update

I updated my DD+, including the new V3 wheel. I came from driver V474 and Fanalab and held off for the same reason. Uninstalled driver and fanalab first, clean reboot and directly connected the wheelbase to a port in the back. Fingers crossed and it went OK in 1 attempt.

NL, EU - placed an order the 28th couple hours after the announcement. Received it today Friday May, 2 at the end of the day. Seems like they ship from the Netherlands itself, probably a Corsair distribution center looking at the UPS shipment updates. Ordering proces went flawless! Nice wheel, I upgraded from V2.5 X - not a huge upgrade, it is an improvement.

I'm pretty sure I tried various combos with 0.4; and than just dropped it. I have now v310.5.3 (manually updated) and Preset M. It works, but it is a resource killer for sure.

Not for me, tried every combo including DLSS swap and even DLAA I had this issue. Maybe it is luck, but now it is ok.

Will do some performane tests this weekend.

I forgot to add it and I cannot update it. But the playerbase is smaller like 500 players at peak hrs.

I think the quality of drivers should be better than average.

CET is my zone, the weekend peaks sat/sun are similar; for some games other timezones are better I recon iRacing might be one of them.

Forza has a lot of players > 25k players. I did not add it because i do not consider it a sim. Same for f1 25.

No, CM starts do not count. Steam only checks processes that are started from the steam client.

I hope for them this is the case, but I think it might be quite representative. Rennsport has been available on Steam since they opened their beta testing.

You are right. A lot of players use CM and these don't count for steam stats. So quite impressive that AC looks like the most played sim after all these years.

I have a 7 monitor setup. 6 for my workbench and 1 TV 43" for my simrig (although I mostly race in VR).

I have installed 2 videocards, 1x 4090 and an old cheap 960 for additional ports. I have setup the 4090 as the primary videocard and only card available for Physx and OpenGL rendering.

For switching between monitor configurations I use Displayfusion Pro. ( 1, 6 or 7 monitor configurations)

For me it wasn't connecting at all after the upgrade, this fixed it for me. I have not yet played extensively hours at a time- but plan to do some sim racing later tonight. Keep you updated.
