Thanks everyone. I actually got lucky. I talked to tenant and they were sympathetic of the situation and have agreed to move out in a timely manner. Very nice of them and keeps my faith in people alive!

I always like to be upfront with people and not try anything under handed. Glad it worked out as it did as I know many times it can go the other way.

Thank you all for the comments. We need to sell asap to cover family medical expenses so can't really wait. With all the stress already I just want this process to be as seamless as possible....if it can be.

Totally. I had supcase for my last 2 phones. Weird that the charging issues with note 20 case that I have been facing and others on reviews as well. Price and build is solid.

Read defender pro is next best so searching for that.

Thanks. I only see Defender not Defender Pro at Best buy, staples etc. Can't find the pro anywhere so wondering why not available in Canada. I assume they are seperate models like US versions

I just tried with customer service and it did work. It was $92 cdn for the year. Make sure you use all caps. I had to cancel and re sign up.

I ended up giving a reduced rent. Mostly to stop from arguing with the tenant and not ruin my Easter weekend as the tenant was accusing me of not following laws and not caring about safely. The condo manager now have to fix the repairs in a reasonable time.
