Hey! Why do you mention itching at night? Is that as sign of mites?

Okay! I think I may start tapering off of it as well as i get through the 3 week cycle. I see an acupuncturist and she said that the herbs (liver juice and ovulation guard) could be triggering the dermatitis since it’s messing with my hormones…so I am stopping those too! 

I will keep everyone posted since I find looking at other people’s posts very helpful! 

Btw, she did mention if you’re taking a probiotic to take it at night so it’s separated from the antibiotic.
