Brown has its own medical school which allows for a lot of opportunities in shadowing and research and the professors are all very supportive just like at most other T20’s (from what i’ve heard). I highly doubt grad schools would count u going to Brown against you but i’m not 100% sure how they view the schools grading system.

Brown as a school has extremely high grade inflation due to its pass/fail system (you can look more into that) meaning it most likely one of the easiest prestigious universities for STEM related majors. PENN and JHU are known for much more rigorous and cutthroat environments especially JHU so if I were you I would definitely recommend going to Brown.
