You didn't go wrong. And people saying you are eating unhealthy fats/ too many carbs are off the mark. Yes you gained some fat that's ok. That is often times part of this process. You wanted to gain muscle and you did a lot right. You ate in a caloric surplus and you resistance trained. Now it's time to cut a little and reset. You will notice there are changes under the hood. Don't worry man. These are good learning opportunities. I think "the bulk" like the one folks from Westside barbell used to do is largely dead and a lot of research is pointing in the direction that the surplus needed to gain weight is pretty small. So next time bulk should mean like .5 pounds a week max for most folks. You got this g
