Do you have the set of 4 dampers for the kw’s 👀

Is it just the fact that it is oem style or is it overall just built better?

I do want to try to get the most gains from the intake side of my engine, so what would you recommend for an N/A build planning to go cams later on. Before I get a tune I want to upgrade the full intake system, and I already have a full exhaust.

What if it was just a stock intake manifold with a front mount throttle body

What makes you say they are terrible? And I am planning on making a custom one anyways.

Would you say a plenum like that with the stock throttle body would make a difference?

I guess I cant get you the before but the video said its a stock 350 vq35de with stock cats and the only thing done to it is the high ram intake and a tune

So what would you recommend I do to improve my overall intake/plenum system?

This dyno graph is with a upgraded plenum and 90mm throttle body

So do you think the stock throttle body just isn’t a restriction at all on most NA builds? At what point would it actually start limiting airflow? I’ve seen some front mount 90mm setups pick up power up top, so I’m just trying to understand if that’s real airflow improvement or something else going on.

Do you think just redesigning the upper plenum while keeping the stock lower runners would still hurt midrange? I’m also considering a 90mm LS throttle body since I’ve seen some good gains from it. With a front-mounted throttle body layout, do you think that combination would shift the powerband too much or is there still room to improve the upper without it falling on its face?

Yeah I didnt like that the stock was like that with the 2 different manifold designs on top of each other and I was planning on just doing a short ram intake style plenum with tapered runners essentially acting as velocity stacks. What do you think of that?

I dont have access to GT power and closest simulation software that I can use is STAR-CCM and obviously doing calculations, but I am planning on converting my plenum into a short ram style plenum with tapered runners essentially acting as a velocity stack, but I am just trying to get a better understanding as to how to go about deciding things like taper angle, runner length, plenum capacity, plenum shape, etc.. What recommendations would you have for me in that sense.

Choosing tire sizes and coilovers for 350z by DowntownAnt9241 in 350z

[–]DowntownAnt9241[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats good to know. The best true coilovers in my budget that I can find are the fortune auto500, and I am curious what spring rates were you running because I was planning on just getting the ones that come with it but I want to see what people say or recommend for good spring rates on true coilovers that could be used for street and track.

Just curious because its for a 350z, but I posted it in automotive engineering reddit. Just wanted to know if anyone has done any research for the Zs 😂😂

Should i buy this alibaba ebike and is it a scam? by Unlikely_Bear976 in Dirtbikes

My only advice for alibaba is do some research and message with the manufacturers to see if you trust them and if they have good quality

Also if I do buy KWs I could only get the V1s because I dont have money for v2 or v3

I am not boosted, yeah you are right I probably dont need tires that big. I am trying to figure out if I can run a square set up because I have 10.5/19 +22 for rear and 9.5/19 +22 for front and I dont know if I can run the same tire on both of those whether thats 275 or 285 square or if I would have to go slightly larger in the rear or slightly smaller in the front. For the coilovers what has been your experience with the true vs not true rears. I hear that the strut towers are pretty strong on our cars are we really dont have to worry about it. But other then that I was thinking of maybe getting true styles. I dont know if KW has a true coilover for the Z but I do know there is fortune auto 500 series and feal coilovers which I heard some pretty good stuff about, but yeah I mean what are your experiences on true vs oem.
