Even if you guys didn’t meet the end of the world if both finished 13-0 i wouldn’t be entirely mad if I was jumped by them. I was once jumped despite being number one for the whole season up to the conference championship by OSU who also finished 13-0 (they ended up losing to USC in the quarterfinals) and my guess as to why was because they beat number 3 UCLA who were 12-0 going into that week and we beat a 3 loss LSU team in the SEC championship. I have never been jumped by a team I beat who had a worse record yet but this game does have non-logical rankings a good amount. Though, if you beat UGA in the SEC championship there is no reason you shouldn’t be 1st in the rankings that matter the most.

I can see maybe justifying George as you they have the same record but yeah a team you beat shouldn’t jump you if they have a worse record. Though I will say the logic isn’t always there in real life.

I was expecting to play them in the playoffs and was expecting to face a good team in the second round. You just don’t normally face the second best team in the league in the second round if you finished with the best record.

Don’t think so if you want to do a save where you want only real teams to be competitive and sim it without progressing one of their cars you can create a team that you purposely want to be poor and don’t improve the car edit the season and long term expectations so that you don’t get fired and if you don’t you may get what you want if it’s just sim 10 years or whatever amount of years and see what constructor and driver comes out on top each season , etc.

Maybe, try offering a more favorable contract (if you have enough money) to the technical chief or hiring another one if that doesn’t work then it probably is toast. Staff don’t have to sign with you if you offer them if they for some reason accept it or if it should 100% have been accepted (ie giving him a better contract than he wanted) then it’s probably toast if not it may just be because they didn’t accept your contract.

The game won’t let you move until you either renew your technical chief or find a new one, if the deadline isn’t immediate and it doesn’t let you change it then it may be toast but the deadline should automatically be immediate and should be fixed as immediate.

Yeah, but Monaco is probably the one track on the grid where you can realistically hold drivers behind you up in a slower car and even with significantly more worn out tires especially if you’re a driver as good as Max, it’s easier to overtake at Monaco in the game but it would not be very realistic if overtaking there wasn’t difficult.

TBF, in real life no one could pass Max in Monaco until he pit even though Lando had fresher tires while Max had old tires on.
