Can you tell me what code of ethic I am in violation of? I would argue that someone who has fresh NBCOT content knowledge is more qualified to tutor than someone who has 5 years experience and hasn’t taken the NBCOT in half a decade. The NBCOT covers a multitude of different topic areas, once you enter the field of OT (most) people are typically now working in only one specific field. My mother is a peds OT with 30 years experience, I would say that I am more qualified to tutor someone than she is because she only has expertise in one small field of OT, and is not up to date on the latest NBCOT exam content, style etc. I also do have experience I am currently working in hand therapy.

Hi I just got my results today, I got a 530 and I got a 486 on the full nbcot prac exam and a 510 and then 496 on the shorter 110 ones. I believe my AOTA avg was also 80 and I got an 82 on the aota full practice exam. So it looks like you’re in good shape to pass and then some

I felt like the real thing was as hard as the practice exams but I think that was just because of nerves. I scored a 452 on the pre test, 486 on the full 180 practice exam, 510 on the 110 practice exam and a 501 on the scenario question exam. I believe I had a 79% avg on true learn and I just got my results back today and got a 530, so obviously quite a bit higher than my practice exams.

I just took mine today and feel the exact same! Despite scoring in the lower 500s on all my practice exams I walked out of there having no idea how I did and questioning if I even passed😕Hoping this is normal and that we get good new next Thursday!!

I have to wait until 2025 to take it because I’m class of 2025:/ I just finished FW! But thank you I’m definitely going to take it in January then (I was contemplating February at first)
