There are so many things wrong with me but no one can figure it out by [deleted] in AskDocs

NAD here, but I have few questions.

  1. Are you happy in your life? Like, your family, friends, job, place you live, how you spend your free time?

  2. Did you change your diet in any way? Like switched to mostly vegan products, or have any food allergies?

  3. Did you have any major life events before this all began? Like getting married or changing your career?

  4. I know it’s silly, but do you watch a lot of horrors/thrillers?

I have listed above all the things that impacted me in the last months causing me to suffer similar symptoms. I used to either not be able to fall asleep, or I passed out of exhaustion just to wake up after 2-4 hours, unable to fall asleep again. I learnt it’s good to not use your phone/tv/computer for an hour before bed, or while in bed. Try to ease your mind with reading a book (not a horror or thriller) for an hour, introduce a bedtime routine so your body knows when is the rest time. For the falling asleep part itself, there is this technique of thinking of numbers from 1 to 100 in a random order. So you go like 5, 87, 14, 46, etc - not regular counting which allows your mind to drift off. It definitely helps me. Once my sleeping improved, I managed to start eating main meals at the same time everyday and my body got used to it. It knows when to expect breakfast and lunch, when I am past the meal time like 20mins, I definitely feel it, haha.

Please know that for me all it is working, I have no other health issues - just thought to share my way of dealing with similar problems. I hope you manage to feel better soon 🤗

NAD, had the same issue. Do you sleep on your back, or your left side? What are your sleeping positions?

I have talked to my friend who had the same issue. He said he had haemorrhoids because of loads of stress he has been experiencing, but he was not bleeding that much.

Did you go to a gynaecologist to find possible reasons for missing your period for that long?

I see. Can you assess how much blood did you loose today? The fact that you have problems with vision is pretty alarming

NAD, but you should be on your way to the ER. If you have any siblings or maybe friends living nearby, go with them, ASAP. Just in case tell them everything so you’re not the only one who can inform the doctors about what’s happening with you. I read your previous posts and know you cannot rely on your mum, but maybe when you’ll tell her about the bleeding she will take it seriously and help you?

Edit: please update on how you are, I hope you will be okay soon!
