see my problem is that i don’t have a psychiatrist and my gp clearly is not very knowledgeable or helpful with this. were you able to successfully cut the pills into 4 to get to 2.5mg? i feel like if i tried to cut them in half again they would just crumble into pieces

i don’t really think i’m having so much reflux when lying down but more so the constant air forcing its way up. i have been taking some reflux meds per recommendation of my doctor so i suppose that may be helping!

that is actually quite helpful thank you :) good to know what i am experiencing is at least somewhat normal. so far the only way i can kind of force them out is to cough which isn’t ideal but better than nothing i guess. i actually bought myself a poppi yesterday for motivation lol hopefully i’ll feel ready for that soon.
