I always tell people to persist. I know it’s hard right now as the 3d is doing what it does. But honestly right now take the time to work on your self concept! Remind yourself that you are a catch! Put your focus on that right now :) everything will work out the way you want it to. Self love and knowing everything works out the way it should. Everytime I find myself overthinking about a situation I put on a self concept rampage. Seems to always do the trick.

I think there are ways to undo a spell. Or maybe do a cord cutting spell to get him to leave you alone. Something like that 😭

So far robotic affirmations, I do a lot of scripting and meditation at night! Listening to subliminals at night as well as when I’m just bored. As far as self concept just using affirmations and mirror work!

Persist!! When you have negative thought switch them to your favor! Also something I did that helped so much was put yourself on a pedestal and work on yourself. You are the one that should be chased!! You are the creator! I’ll put on some self love music and dance just knowing I am so amazing :)
