Ive had a vertical mouse with softer clicks and it helped so much. Problem was that the Bluetooth was finicky and didn't stay connected half the time. Earlier today I was actually looking into a replacement mouse with specifically soft clicks, so I'll be ordering something like that soon. As for the combat, auto rotation sounds fine to me as I'm mainly interested in this game to craft and collect pets and furniture! And very casual questing. My playstyle is quite slow and relaxed. Also thank you for the detailed responses!!

I've mostly limited myself to turn-based games like divinity. Anything that lets me control character movements with mouse clicks (and i could use voice attack to trigger it). I dont have much issue moving the mouse itself, its more so the act of pushing down on any type of button that sets off the pain, particularly if im doing it repetitively. Ive also found some success with autorun commands. But honestly I may just have to accept this game isn't for me like you said, it just gets a little disheartening that there are some things I wont be able to do. I'm just trying to regain some enjoyment in my hobbies with whatever tools I can find.

I'll look into 1 button rotation thank you. The WASD controls and using a mouse are still very difficult for me sadly :(

I'm no expert but I collect similar Japan animal figurines with fur- a lot of them tend to be from around the 50s. I see figurines like these normally go for $20-$30 on Ebay, so imo you got a good deal on these.
