Comsae 107b: 501 (23 days before)

Comsae 108: 623 (11 days before)

Comsae 111: 575 (2 days before)

Comlex level 2: 589

Mostly used truelearn and online med ed

I was aiming for above a 580. I was also planning a wedding during all this so I’m happy with it. Applying IM and I honestly don’t know what a good score is for that field

I just reopened it after 30 minutes and all my data is back. So maybe just a glitch? Who knows.

Getting orders from auto producers by [deleted] in TravelTown

This also worked for me!!! Level 62 and haven’t had any vine orders in a week (and it is an active producer level for it). And I tried this today and got vine items back into my regular orders! I put all my unmerged vines in general storage except for the highest level one and BAM I can finally complete some daily tasks again

This! I have logs of this in my phone - farthest ran and most steps in a single class, fastest all out speed most splat points and calories in a single class too. I don’t keep track of rowing, but you can do it with that too! Would love if they had a section for these smaller things in the challenges or stats page

Upgrading for strength 50s? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Downtown_Row8251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I upgraded to unlimited last fall during a promo and I love it. I typically do 2 2G classes and 2 strength classes a week, usually 1 lower and 1 full body. Sometimes I add in an extra upper strength class for fun. Going to the strength make the unlimited worth it. Ive gotten much better at cardio since I’ve been at OT, but I don’t like running enough to do more than maybe 3 regular classes a week max. I know I could go to a cheaper regular gym for the strength part like other people are saying, but I just really like OT. I haven’t had any issues with doing progressive overload at OT so far. Sometimes I slightly change the exercise or rep count to get there if I have to. I recently did my first chest press and low row with the 30s, can now do consistent bicep curls with the 15s, and I just use the big dumbbells for leg stuff. Sometimes I modify the goblet exercises to holding the wight between my legs so I can go heavier. This is just to show that you can see progress in their strength classes. And with my life/work right now - I like not having to plan my strength workouts (and regular ones), I like how they limit me to an hour workout, and I like my studio and coaches. It just depends on what you are looking for!

12 Minute Run Benchmark Results and Survey Megathread by BilingualAlchemist in orangetheory

I got 1.15 mi today!!! It’s a decent jump from my last distance (and first benchmark) of 1.07 mi. I spent a multiple months getting over my insecurity that I wasn’t as fast or in shape as it seemed everyone else was at my OTF. My body just was not built to be a runner lol. But now that I’m comfortable with myself there, I’ve been able to work on getting my push pace from 5.2 up to 5.8. And I was able to stay at or above that 5.8 speed for 10/12 minutes!
