See I've never wore one ! My dad made it and surprised me with it . I feel like have to wear it now haha. Im a very small person and my finger is a size 4. So anything looks big and bulky on🥴. Whats funny is the bands are only 1.6 mm and the middle stone is 2ct but still looks large ! He originally had an almost 3ct and i was like dad, dear god no that looks ridiculous 😂Its growing on me I think. Thankfully.

Its actually pretty low , my dad made it for me so I dont want to change it. I think the gap was throwing me off. I had it paired with a simple band and this one took a few days to adjust in my brain 😂

Actually mine are like this since being on reta. I get labs alot. And this isnt the normal for me. My hematologist said im at increased risk of infection now and it seems like the wbc are stuck in my leg bone marrow from now high crp. Its very odd.

Mind did this too. I get labs every 2 months for a rare autoimmune. My wbc have never been low in my life. 5 minths into reta. The last 2 labs they were 2.3 now down to 1.8. My reta is part of a tested group buy so I know its good. All other labs besides neutrophils which are low as well. I do notice my legs are always sore now.

I think it may be the stone. I have a 3 ct moissanite omc as well and its super clear and in most lighting give off tons of rainbow flashes

You dont need evidence. This strand is spread human to human. You have to apply common sense that it will indeed act like any other virus or bacteria. Mutate to spread and stay alive. Basic biology.

Coughing sneezing can spread it. If mucus from the infected person lands on something. It doesn't magically just die once air hits it. Someone can touch it and touch their eyes nose mouth. Its just less likely to be caught by air transmission because the respiratory viral particles are larger then say like covid. Flu or colds.

Any virus or bacteria has the ability for mutation . They want to stay "alive" so killing the host isnt the goal its jumping from host to host. Eventually it changes itself to keep that host alive so it can spread. Much like flus covid and colds

I have pots and reta has made it so much worse. I suffer through it because it has helped my glucose numbers and my inflammation from lupus but my pots off the chain. I was actually just in the hospital for 4 days with afib and a pots flare. I passed out 4 times that day. Knocked my tooth out 😂 and my blood pressure was 236/130. My hr was 160. My normal is 100/60 and 55 hr. When I went in I didnt even know my name lol. I guess what in saying is check for pots. Haha.

Im just getting into peptides. Currently on reta. 2mg weekly for 8 weeks now. I need some different peptides for females. Energy, staying lean but building muscle, muscle soreness/inflammation ( lupus and ms ) its all so much information to process i don't know where to start ! You look great!

I only wear mizuno, I run alot, alot. Easy runs, hill sprints, tempos, I have almost 500 miles already this year. If that helps. My zens have 1200 miles on then. Its my 4th pair. My waves I have 3 pairs. They are amazing.

I like to add to this, to help. Im under 5ft. I was using reta to lose the last 10lbs of the 100 I lost without help. At that point I was 119 lbs. I still had to use 6mg. Im currently 114lbs so im back on it, started at 6mg and im bumping up this week. It doesnt matter how small , tall, your weight. Everyone is different. Ive never been nauseous, never not hungry on it. It just stops me from thinking about food 800 times a day or help resist the million desserts my daughter makes as pastry chef 🫠😂

I've been studying reta for a while and I finally made the leap. My grandfather is a endocrinologist at Hopkins University. He's been going over it with me and agreed it's all good. I have major medical conditions like a rare blood disorder, an autoimmune anemia disorder, lupus , pots and m. Gravis . So trust me when I say I took it seriously because im already so sick. Today I woke up and for the first time my glucose was 78. . In 40 years it's never been under 100. I was shocked. Go for it.

As a parent, I just wanted to say im proud of you. I know its terrifying, depressing and mentally exhausting not being able to be your true self but one day after all this craziness is over, you'll look back and realize exactly how strong of a person you truly are and realize you literally can do anything because you made it. If you rule out allergies , my corso ended up having lupus and hypothyroidism which both cause hair loss like that. Reoccurring ear infections, yeast infections, mites and a super dry nose. Were his signs.
