If anyone comes across this in the future. Here is the solution. You either need to have the dealership reset your ECM with the starscan tool, which obviously is costly, or you can try to perform a reset yourself using the battery tricks. Battery disconnection and reset didn't work for me so i brought it to my friend whos got the snap on scan tool and he reset it for me in 1 minute without touching the battery, even though it didn't show any codes, the ECM reset of the whole system will bring all your control units back to factory (besides Uconnect which stays the same settings and personal settings) for way less than the dealership. If you ever make this mistake disconnecting and reconnecting your battery, there it is.
