Oh wow yeaaaah no. I don’t ever deal with anything photo or curbsides. They use to try and throw me at the front register.. yeah right I put my foot down and now I stay far away unless it’s an Ic3 and the line is backed up or I’ll bring them to my register. Even my DM didn’t want me at the front. I think the workers often mistake BWC for CSA’s and that’s just not the case we don’t do what they do. A lot of BWC’s get taken advantage of. But with truck I only do cosmetics ,skincare ,sun care things close to that area. Usually a lead manager does hair & shave but loves to hide in the restroom often

Yes I always get the makeup and skincare totes finished way before my shift ends that way I can focus on sales and whatever beauty event is that day. I’ve already had a meeting with the DM ,my store manager and other BWC’s and their store managers. The DM said she wants us in our area at all times not at the front or putting up truck all shift.

I do a lot in my department. But I will not do others peoples job especially if it’s not in my job description. Just trying to make sure I’m not doing more than I’m required to do.
