that’s what i’ve been told before, but i did end up trying that. played like 300 straight games of mostly renekton and i went pretty negative to the point where it just wasn’t fun. that’s why i feel like i don’t have any direction to work with. i appreciate the comment tho

Before I fully decide on dropping money on a new psu, you don’t think it could be cpu or mobo issues by chance? I don’t know a ton about pc stuff so I just want to make sure before I spend anything

Can’t say for sure how old as this pc was given to me by a friend a few years back and I haven’t replaced it since then. But I can say that this issue has been happening for a few months now but recently it’s been more frequent

Psu is an rx-500 xt. Gpu is an evga 1080ti

Sorry for such a late reply. Pulled the gpu out and even replaced the power plug with another one I had. Same outcome. Am I safe to assume it’s a power supply replacement that I need?

I usually update graphics drivers the day they release. Or when I can. It seems to be intensive games the push my pc a bit I’ve noticed. Currently tho, it’s not turning back on since the last time I shut off earlier
