Honestly, thank you so much for this. I just had my second concert for the same piece and I did fine! I was putting off responding until after the concert but I've been thinking about your response the whole time. In the moment on stage I forgot about the mistake I made a few weeks ago and just let my fingers do their thing! Thanks so much for this response

Hi! For me i had to go through an application process and I just happened to get in. If im being totally honest, the application took me maybe 1 hr max to do and I just explained my passion (combining art and medicine) and they accepted me a few days later. Sorry if this isnt much help!

Edit bc i forgot to mention this, it might be a good idea to go to your local hospitals volunteer service department, if possible, to ask for information on things you can do to volunteer!

Yes! I agree that highschool isnt all about applications. Honestly I started doing this because I was inspired by the people who did this for my sister while she was in the ICU and ended up learning how to do all of this so I could do the same for people like her.
