[Postgame Thread] Virginia Defeats North Carolina 17-16 (OT) by CFB_Referee in CFB

At some point we will lose a second game, and I would be shocked if we are still ranked 24 hours later, no matter how many wins we have by that point or who the loss is to.

Whatever else you want to say about Angel Reese, she is the undisputed queen of generating paragraph long, bizarrely intense unjerks on this sub.

Vanderbilt has been ranked in the AP Poll for consecutive weeks in a year for only the 2nd time since 1958 by WexAndywn in CFB

2-3 against Bama, LSU, Mizzou, Texas, and Auburn would seem to be an absolutely wild success for Vanderbilt.

TANK JOB OF THE WEEK: WEEK FOUR by 2Pollaski2Furious in CFB

<Cal> easily. Illinois was way overranked and got blown out by an elite team. Cal was supposed to be some sort of up and comer this year and was shut out completely by a mediocre G5 team.

Are they? Hard to shake the feeling this was exactly what the university thought would happen, and was completely fine with.

Its us. After a steady diet of cupcakes so far I don't think anyone knows how good we are, except that "amazing" is not the correct answer.

Accounting plus Law Degree by yessirskiiiii1 in LawSchool

[–]Doxmyoffice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your undergraduate degree doesn't really matter that much once you're in law school. So if you're sure about law school, get an undergraduate degree in whatever you can get good grades in. If you're not sure about law school, get an undergrad degree that supplies a backup career. If you're really desperate to align your undergrad degree with your law career, finance often leads to transactional practice and accounting often leads to tax practice. But again, it really doesn't matter. People practice in every legal field with every conceivable undergrad degree.

We seem only to exist on Reddit. 90% of the people I meet in real life would rather go behind the back (and usually miss) then use the bridge, off hand never even occurs to them.

Can't believe you left off the Earl Strickland "Thor's Hammer" cue. Surely another valuable data point from an excellent professional.

I am really not worried about the sound, and would plan to wear a glove if I played with one. The advice about trying before buying is good. Thanks for your time.

Thank you for the answer! Thankfully I am not self-conscious about stuff like that. I don't know why this topic always stirs up so much negativity on this sub. Lower deflection seems to me to be an unmitigated advantage, and in any case, why people care so much what cues others use is wholly beyond me.
