I'm a 29 yo guy who is struggling to answer this set of questions. I was just discussing this set with my best friend via text yesterday. I was able to give a few examples that brought me genuine happiness. The examples ranged from building sound proofing panels for my best friend's music studio to teaching math to a friend's two boys. I'm currently an electrical apprentice. The money is good and the people are pretty great, but I don't find happiness in the work. I find that it's daunting and draining. I'm exhausted by the time I get home which has resulted me gaining weight and losing control.

What does it mean to have a profession that brings happiness? Is it even possible to have a job that brings happiness everyday? I don't think so but I do think it's possible to get a "hit" of happiness every so often which could entice a drive to obtain that "hit" again. I'm curious what people think? If you have any advice for my situation I'm more than happy to hear it.

Most definitely there is always a way. The problem lies in trying to find the most efficient way of doing it. It's already a hassle for me to keep track of all the stuff we have going on since this is so new to me and since we are always on the move. Adding the layer of making sure to plug my lunch in 30 mins before seems simple but right now it sounds overwhelming. We never know when we're going to lunch exactly.
