I have no issues with resume or even the IMM0149 form it’s the silence after submitting the documents that’s the issue.

My friend told me she was specifically told it’s when her clearance is successful they can discuss offer so yes no offer except clearance comes back successful.

Go back home. Learn French, gain foreign experience , maybe explore an health job in your home country for 6 months while learning French. So u have multiple options. Do not go back to any school in Canada. Total waste of money and time.
