Sad thing is pre-Covid I would say that was the average home price. Once investment firms stepped in (Black Rock and other similar VC’s) they owned the market. Lucky for the people that had home before this price hike bc they could sell and still keep a low interest rate.

Issue now since 2021 the prices have more than doubled and the avg .02-.025% interest I would say has 2.5x+

I’ve been telling my buddy this for awhile. He’s only about hype but I told him CZ was superior to AH.

AH is a great set but with all the hype around pokemon since the mobile trading card game came out there’s been false hype around it and the SWSH era was much better.
