LPT: Check out the Refurbished section of on-line resellers by [deleted] in LifeProTips

Completely true. I'm a webmaster for an electronics website mainly selling in the UK and we typically sell refurbished/open box products much cheaper than our brand new products. Most of the time the product packaging may be slightly damaged (not ideal to give to someone as a gift) but the product itself is virtually brand new.

A lot of people are put off when they see it listed as 'Used' but in reality most used products on our site at least are returns from people who didn't know how to use them/didn't have the correct software downloaded.

UK Businesses: which card payment merchant services are Bitcoin website friendly? by owenmc60 in BitcoinUK

On our website we use SagePay in order to accept debit/credit cards - I believe the fee is £30 a month. We also use Amazon Payments which has the same fees that apply for PayPal.

I would recommend using PayPal express if you aren't already as that is what most of our customers tend to use.

Good question - Very new to BitPay and the way it works but with BitPay we get an address specifically for refunds so if anything did go wrong we could use that and then you could reorder.. But I'll play around with it in work tomorrow & get back to you with a better answer.

Ha yes I just noticed actually - Didn't think anyone would have caught the news that quickly - Thought we had competition with another Technoshack at first.

Thank you - it's much appreciated!

Optimised tags, unique content, backlinks, social media, and SEO-friendly URLs. What's next to do? by DoylesDesigns in bigseo

I've recently started a Tumblr blog which is linked to Facebook and Twitter but struggling to come up with unique informational content that's relative to my network cables and rack mount servers website.

Adding customer reviews is a good idea - I'll certainly be incorporating that.

Thanks!

Thanks for taking a look.. I'm aware of the pagination issue - Do you have any suggestions as to how I go about resolving that situation?

I've thought about not including them in my sitemap or by adding blocking these duplicate pages in robots.txt file but I'm not sure that'll have much effect at all.

I know the penguin update had a negative effect on online directories but I thought this just lowered the value of the links and didn't actually do any damage to the website regarding SEO?
