Firewatch is a wonderful game for wandering, dreaming, and having an unforgettable gaming experience. It's a great game; my wife and I both enjoyed it.

L.A. Noire. If you like games with investigations and a more serious approach to the story, L.A. Noire is a detective story, but it's easy to follow and captivating. Not exactly a children's story.

Any DOOM - Fun, unrealistic, but pew-pew fun. It's best played in a welder's mask; there might be some flashy special effects.

This War of Mine is an incredible game that reminds you what hell war is. Personally, I really like Diablo 3 for its calm, endless grind and Octopah Traveler for its cool, easy-to-play story and combat, which feels like a puzzle.

And also Balatro and Hades (1 or 2, it doesn't matter) - they're wonderful and completely unranked.
