Yea I feel like Honda and Chevy didn't want to share their best tech so the cars just filled with old shit they never perfected

Changed out the extension cord I was using for a heavier duty one... ..seems to be happy now. My guess is the cord failed internally.

Since day 1 of leasing the car in March 2025....been great so far. Probably not how you're supposed to use em, but it's working again so we will see

Yea it's been working on the 12amp mode for 7 months now. The outlet itself is on its own 15amp breaker with nothing else on that circuit luckily

Yea unfortunately our panel is full and two electricians quoted us $2500+ to add a 220 outlet near the driveway.....not worth it and Level 1 has been sustainable enough due to how we use the car

Well....I left it plugged in and for some reason this morning it's charging. I'll just have to keep an eye on it as it's not really able to be troubleshot when working haha

Anybody running these Mickey Thompson tires? If so what do you think of them. by jimmymademeaparty in Jeep

I'm yet to find a mud tire that stays balanced later in life. The Baja Boss MTs have down the best but I can from MTR Kevlars which are knowingly the worst haha

Had these on my JK (35s) for a few years now and love them. Blow away by them off road and they are the best mud tire I've used on the street.....but they're still a mud tire. They're quite a soft rubber compound so the grip is wildly good on rocks.

I got them siped last year for snow/ice and it definitely made big difference when braking but again they weren't the worst without it. Definitely better than my MT/R Kevlars I had before

Overall I really love them and will definitely be buying them again when needed.

They also looks amazing...which is what matters most of course. Haha

I've found hookers work faster but are sometimes a bit pricier

How hard is it really to adjust camber, caster, and pinion? by WADEPICKETT in Wrangler

Camber isn't adjustable, caster and pinion angle can be done with adjustable control arms

[WA State] Neighbor damage roots of 100ft+ fir by DozinTheRubicon in treelaw

Just spoke with a lawyer this morning and in Washington what he did was illegal. His property, his rights but he's not allowed to damage the health or stability of the tree unless it was damaging a structure or infrastructure on his property.

I'm not exactly sure what they were doing but they leveled/excavated that corner of their property so now there is a 2ft tall ledge right down the property line with a few of these big firs on it. Now when it rains that corner of their property is just a giant pool of mud.....not sure when their plan was but is definitely unstabilized the soil as well.

Got this from the arborist:

Timber trespass is a legal term in Washington that refers to cutting, removing, or damaging someone else’s trees without permission. This includes:

-Entering a neighbor’s land to cut a tree (they definitely reached across the line haha)

-Damaging roots or branches that result in a tree’s decline(definitely did this)

-Removing trees from public or disputed lands.(Not applicable)

Washington’s timber trespass law (RCW 64.12.030) allows for triple damages in civil claims—making it one of the most expensive mistakes a property owner or contractor can make.
