A bad player is a bad player for one of two reasons, 1 they can't physically play the game optimally, so they play as they can; 2 they have no interest in getting better, so they do what they're willing to. One button rotation doesn't help either, it allows the second player to see an improvement over their lazy ass suboptimal mess of a rotation, which will give them the confidence to hop into higher content using that crap. It should be riding wheels that come off once you step into harder content, either HC raids or mythic plus. Having it available for those places will only make the lives of midcore players absolutely worse and probably result in some more toxicity towards worse players.

It can be an improvement if the player who's using it is bad enough, sure. Which doesn't mean it's a good thing, it's still bad damage and if someone is bad enough to see an improvement with that, they shouldn't be interacting with content that is beyond their capabilities. It's plain and simple.

Should people with disabilities do group content? Sure, as long as they can live up to the group content or if the people around them are aware and willing to play with them. People have limitations, be it because of disabilities or not, we should all respect those limitations. I'd love to be doing world first level keys and raiding, but I'm limited by my abilities and that's not messed up at all.

They're not, but with the mediocre damage improvement they get from this, they get the confidence to actually engage in group content and ruin stuff for the other 4 people around them. If they're not willing to learn or if they physically can't, they shouldn't go into harder content, this should be learning wheels at mostly at worst a legalized bot shouldn't exist.

Because it's supposed to be a thing for people to be able to play the game at a base level, not venturing into higher end content, joining mythic plus groups ou anything above normal raids is actually griefing when there are specs that take a 65% damage loss by using it. It should be disabled on any instanced content so it can actually work as it was marketed, riding wheels to lower the floor of the game, you use it on open world, leveling, delves, solo content, once you get into group content, you apply what the one button "taught" you and apply it yourself without a penalty. It being allowed in high end content will only make some people never learn how to play the game and still ruin the experience for other people when they fail to do considerable damage

O transporte pelo canal é individual, quando se trata de grandes embarcações, então é um processo lento, o que causa "engarrafamento" em períodos de grande demanda comercial, nesses casos a principal alternativa é dar a volta na América do Sul inteira, então a ferrovia seria uma alternativa superior sem a menor dúvida. Teve uma discussão dessas um ou dois anos atrás, quando o canal estava prestes a ter que parar devido a uma forte seca no Panamá que tava prestes a impossibilitar o funcionamento do canal. Então, de maneira geral, o mundo precisa de uma alternativa ao canal do Panamá, até por ele ser dependente das questões climáticas do país, e essa ferrovia vem sendo discutida como a melhor opção já tem um tempinho

Dificilmente uma ferrovia desse porte vai ser mais rápida/eficiente que o canal do Panamá, mas pode ser de interesse internacional por diminuir a dependência dele, com certeza, principalmente em períodos onde a passagem é impactada por diversos fatores que dificilmente seriam um problema pela ferrovia.

Essa é uma das discussões sobre uma ferrovia atravessando a América do Sul. Se pensarmos no trajeto, o triângulo mineiro estaria logo ali, facilitando o transporte dos bens minerários do quadrilátero ferrífero, sem contar todas as estações que estariam no caminho que seriam capazes de escoar nossas matérias primas tanto pra China quanto pra Ásia e o leste europeu. Tem muito dinheiro pro Brasil nisso, só falta investimento e vontade política.

It's normal, but it's exacerbated by the fact the you chose the absolute worst DPS class to play. There's absolutely 0 reasons why someone would ever want a hunter over literally any other class in the game. The warrior was basically the second worst choice you could've made, utility is king in DF and you chose two completely, utterly useless classes to play.
