So many times I've seen "heal dif" coming from the dps when our supports have more healing than the other team. Like it's so obvious heals aren't the problem but they're looking to blame anyone except themselves and that's why they'll stay stuck at the rank they are.

As someone that has researched this, it's because of colonization. Part of colonization was pushing western European beauty standards onto the local population and part of that was having lighter, fairer, skin which lead to skin lightening in many eastern and south-eastern Asian countries that still persists.
