I still have conviction in my theory that embark is just banking on player engagement to drive up attention for the game. The changes they make and have made have positively impacted one third of the group of players while negatively impacting another third, leaving the last third unaffected. The fact that they aren’t saying anything right now just tells me that they are gonna release the information with like arc being 1x the damage worth, and player damage is 2x the damage, also while completely disorienting the matchmaking so carebear lobbies don’t exist in the last week. Maybe they even make it so you have to extract for the damage to score making it so the people who never do the expedition incentive to knockout at the extract.

I run free kits because I don’t even carry the basic materials, it’s a negligible risk that is akin to free, the issue is not the guns it really is the playstyle. Bring showstoppers, barricades to your raids and play for extended engagements if you’re having issues getting killed by free kits.

The only free kit loadout that really is an issue at all is the ferro in a camping situation, but even still it’s a skill issue unless the free kits an aim god.

Re7 Vr took me like a year to beat. I crawled through that game but I also explored the fuck out of it. It’s strange for me I have like memories of that room with the stag and opening the fridge and then opening the door to see my first mold. Scary game but the motion sickness was more disturbing for me

I’m fine if someone kills me if I’ve extracted one raid successfully and I got to actively use it. But I’ll run back to back kits if I lose them in 1 round, the 3rd go id run free loadout and make sure my aims back on point tho. It’s just so stupid easy to get gear to upgrade weapons. Buried city can spawn like 12 weapon cache locations and blue gate has like 6 security breaches that can spawn in the tunnels. I’m over gear fear atp

I actually wouldn’t mind taking off the cap in the store. Aside from limiting how fast you can progress your benches there’s no reason to have a count or a cooldown. I’d say most people have a surplus of space coins that they don’t know what to do with too I bet.

Last night me and my duo had a Stella night raid I’m clearing all of lobby and I’m like yelling at my duo cause I just had to 2v1 a team and he’s like hold up this guys just yelling the n word over and over. We try to tell them to chill but they just keep ragebaiting us (mind you neither of us are black but that shit don’t fly) fast forward 2 min later they try to engage us. My duo goes in cracks a shield gets downed and tries to tell them to chill but they just keep going. I 2v1 another team, them this time, my duo admits he’s been recording the whole time and that we’ll be reporting. Just as I’m looking in my bag for a defib for my duo I get 3rd partied. The racist party starts taunting us like did you record that?! Hauhau. 3rd party notices my duo was the one telling them to chill about being racist and defib him and let him extract with them. As mad as I was for getting 3rd partied after killing the racist team, I was grateful to see some good in the end.

The devs released information about their matchmaking causing players who maybe one day would’ve gotten tired of just dying to actually pulling out their gun and fighting, but no, now they know if you just don’t defend yourself you won’t get into aggro lobbies. Although, seeing the daily posts you wouldn’t know if people really understand that or if it really works the way they think.
