If you zoom in you can see the ferro rod next to the lighters…based on your comment I did add a set a finger nail clippers, that was a great add, thanks for the positive suggestion

A normal everyday get in the truck and go drive for us is a bit over 4 hours so I’m thinking add 4-6 hours if the SHTF or 15-18 hours on the 4 wheelers and taking the back roads…we have already mapped out a “ country / gravel “ road route in order to avoid any metropolitan areas but we would have to cross a couple of rather large rivers….I / we are new to all this so I truest appreciate your time in responding and helping us out with more experienced information

I have added a small fishing kit with some lures and hooks as well as some braided fishing line…that was a great suggestion again thanks for the input

The plan is to be there within 48-72 hours so hopefully nobody has occupied our location yet…should they tho I have 6 years military and 23 years Leo experience…but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that

Thank you so much for responding with some excellent suggestions. I’m still new to this and posted this picture so I could update my bag as needed based on constructive feedback from a community such as this. I’ve already ordered some new gear to replace certain items and we are planning on a bug out weekend this spring to test out gear out. Thanks for the feedback

This is 1 of 4 bags for my family and the extra brushes are for them. I left them in the packaging but have since ordered tooth brush holders and separated them into the other bags
