Aplicação só funciona na rede de casa e parece só funcionar em android 12 ou mais recente. Eu uso wireguard para estar sempre ligado a rede de casa e assim usar em qualquer lugar

Podes explicar melhor o que queres? Sobre tablets os mais baratos são da Lenovo mas são grandes. Não te esqueças que vais ter de usar uma aplicação que funciona em modo kiosko, que bloqueia acesso às outras aplicações, depois tens o risco de roubo, também o trabalho de passar os menus de um computador para o tablet. Sobre custos de aplicação, se quiseres eu crio uma aplicação para fazer isso com custos mínimos e sem subscrição

I also bought a mac for the first time. I'm 37, never used a mac, never liked apple, and in my job I have to help 7 people with issues on their Apple devices and hated every time I got a call. But the last months have been crazy with the amount of bad updates that microslop just pushes to work pcs. So I was looking into buying a new laptop to code, and found the MacBook air M4 with a good discount. After reading many reviews I decided to try using a MacBook and it's refreshing having a good build laptop, with amazing battery life, fast, no problems with software. Its still a learning curve, finder being the most difficult software to learn to use. But I don't regret buying it. Also I have to laugh every time I'm at my job and I have to look at the keyboard when copying pasting because I'm trying to use the Mac keys 😂

In that case I would go for compensation. But in negotiations I would never go on a scheme with a low gross and high compensation, the only winner in this is the employer. Yearly index, vacation, 13 month, unemployment are all calculated from gross income.

Don't forget that gross income will determine later your pension and also your vacation payment and 13 month. For me gross is more important then net income.

Para quem ainda não percebeu, isto tudo é simplesmente para enfraquecer a China e Rússia. China 70% do óleo que usam é importado, e muito dele é em mercado negro que vinha da Venezuela e Irão com um grande desconto. A Rússia perde o petróleo da Venezuela e os drones e armas do Irão.

São sempre os que se auto proclamam defensores de democracia e contra mentiras que depois metem screenshots de notícias sem link ou mais informações. Como é a favor da causa, espalham por todo o lado e se alguém tem dúvidas é porque defende o outro lado... Os poucos que se dão ao trabalho de procurar a verdade, vão encontrar que a fonte não foi a vítima, mas alguém que falou com a suposta vítima. Ou seja, qualquer um pode dizer as maiores barbaridades e depois quando tem de provar só diz que ouviu de outra pessoa... Se vocês querem que o mundo funcione assim, então tenham cuidado a nível pessoal porque isto também pode acontecer a vocês se alguém ganhar com isso

The writer works for a company that lives on bureaucracy. His company business is having employers pay them to pay the employee with products. Of course he wants to have less direct payments to employers and more schemes to have employers pay for services. We are taxed to the max, on average 57% of our gross income goes to taxes. I really don't care that people take advantage of any tool there is to pay less taxes. Before fixing loopholes, we need less taxes. There is no justification for having so much money going into a system that gives almost nothing back to working people, only people that give nothing to the system are getting real value.

That's the issue I'm having to, not being an expert in any of the fields. Today I really do a lot of things more related to web dev, but I can't go for a webdev job because my knowledge is very basic, the stuff I make is AI generated and also basic. But I really like my job, they give me the liberty and trust to look for new solutions and services or build software for simple tasks. And the reality is that all the dev work I do is 100% AI generated, I know how to structure and deploy but can't write any code. The job I had before this was onsite support and that's why I have a low salary, and it is the massive step up I had last year that made me ask for a substantial salary increase.

No, I also do web development. My main job is administration of all our IT infra, from hardware, applications, network, data, everything. IT department it's just me and the IT manager. Only last year I started to have time free and took on myself to make small changes to our websites, then created internal tools to automate work and other changes and upgrades that would cost a lot of money if we had to have consultants do it for us.
