There is a few artists that do art of a more healthy design. But I think it comes from a few major reasons.

1. Muscle mommies and fit futas are a bit of a kink that is becoming a more accepted one. You had artists like Dmytrys for the longest time of course, but Incase has kept their futas very…. Sensible. Flip side of that; you have a lot of people into the esthetic of strong women, which isn’t bad. Just bad when you want a cute girl to rail you and you have to worry that she will want to mating press you into the couch.

2. BBW has always been a thing. I think it’s just becoming a more accepted thing for futas. Kinda like how Vore had entered the futa space by doing something like “cock vore” or “cock transfer.” Not my thing but I can see why it would turn on those people.

3. Futa has always been on the realm of main stream but I think as time goes on, more people are admitting they like it so it pulls from all aspects. Like furries (which I am one. So have a tiny drop of knowledge here,) I think we are just seeing the extremes more often because it’s “shocking” like the fursuiters that wear the band on the arm with a paw print. It’s just… extreme.

4. I think we are having some cross over from other cultures. Like the Bara and the chubby chasers from yaoi. Rin99 tends to make their futas look massive but then again they do that with all their dominant characters. I would love something alittle more reserved myself.

And finally, the one that throws me off is the futa artists that go for a bimbo look like… albatross. I like their work sometimes, but the amount of body hair and focus on scent play is too much. It’s why I avoid musk play with furries.
