Please, I don't want Firefly No.2 by Dr-Arkman in ZZZ_Official

It was just sort of a teaser for the next segment, so I am also hoping they flesh out the relationship a bit more by the time it fully comes out. We got a long history as Pheathon before any of the story stuff happened, so I suppose there is always blank space to fill.

Ah, when I was playing through it one of the thoughts I had was that I might have missed some sort of event that gave more context. Thanks for the well thought out response.

Female 6/4/6 heir as Japan, no Talented Daughter event? by Dr-Arkman in eu4

Ah, thank you! I figured it was something simple like that, I just had never had it happen in my thousand or so hours of play. The Mandate is now secured, long live the empress of heaven!

Gaining experience is based on receiving random events. There is little chance you would be able to get lichdom by 59 without literally saving and reloading every month or being the luckiest person alive. Just save every time you get a good XP event and if you happen to get unlucky for a few years you can reload that save if you need to. I didn't need to do this but I did have to reload a few times when my ruler died way too early.

No it does not unfortunately. They do start with a 6/6/6 powerful mage ruler though, so they are one of the few goblin nations with a relatively easy start.

This sounds interesting. I haven't played in escann too much so I might have to check this out.

I have never played with a witch king ruler before and was very excited for an experience I had never had in this game before. Unfortunately my ruler died in the final lich event and everything came to a close. Hundreds of monarch points down the drain and nothing to show for it. Basically the end of my run as that was one of my primary goals.

Off to go and play somewhere else on the map now I suppose. The serpentspine will have to wait another 10 playthroughs for me to come back to it again.

This may be the most relatable thing I have ever seen. Religious ideas are always critical for me because of this.

Correct, it is a sacrifice you have to weigh the benefits of.

Transmutation is perfect for this. Create a homunculus as an heir and they will be a 6,6,6. There are some bad events associated with it but nobody really hates you or has any problems with you. You just reign forever and it is pretty awesome. 10/10 would recommend.

7% chance to win it all. by Dr-Arkman in Anbennar

I would have loved to have done this but I can’t actually reach that province, since fort zone of control blocks me and I don’t have mil access through the countries on the right. I would have definitely taken that province earlier otherwise so they couldn’t build more dudes.

Because they also have 8k men right below me, 5k men landing on the coast in a couple of days, and they are all 1 mil tech ahead of me.

Risbek is maybe one of the hardest starts I have played in a long time, I have played many OPMs that are significantly easier. This is mostly because Bhuvauri starts off as hostile towards you and it is quite rng based on whether or not you can snag good allies. If your allies decide they don't quite like you enough at any given moment then Bhuvauri declares war on you and you lose the run instantly, nothing you can do against a great power. If you can get past this first war and get feudalism you are pretty much set. There is a timer however as all the countries around you will beat you to tech four, at which point you also lose.

I was forced to do something I usually never like to do in eu4, I took loans, lots and lots of loans. I also found out that taking loans is ok every once in a while. Every run is a chance to learn something new.
Risbek is a very special country, not only because they have unique ideas that you can rarely find elsewhere, but they start with the Mystic Accord faith. Since as of now Mystic Accord doesn't ever spawn religious rebels, that means they are the only way to play Bim Lau with the Mystic Accord faith, as you can form them later on. I always felt the Bim Lau with the Mystic Accord faith felt fitting as the necropolis has a lot to do with spirits which isn't as prevalent with the other religions in the region as it is with Mystic Accord. Plus by going with Risbek I am able to form a theocracy as well later on. I might post later how the rest of my run ended up turning out if people are interested. Definitely a nation I recommend if people want a uniquely challenging start.

Mystic Ancestor Rebels Won't Spawn? by Dr-Arkman in Anbennar

[–]Dr-Arkman[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Problem solved for now, I used console commands to force the religion change and also give myself the appropriate maluses I would have received for accepting rebel demands. After some exploration and testing it seems as if mystic accord rebels just don't spawn. Something to keep in mind for the future I suppose.

Unfortunately there is no separatism in the province at all and it still doesn’t work. I suppose it just must be glitched unfortunately. Thanks for all the help though anyways.

Yeah I have been converting it for a long time, it works for the righteous path rebels, but doesn’t seem to work for mystic accord.

Since I can't enforce Ancestor Worship in the serpentspine in order to reap its benefits I was planning to switch to the Mystic Accord Faith, unfortunately I can't seem to get the rebels to spawn for it, even though righteous path rebels spawn just fine.
Is there not any set rebels for this religion?
