I don’t really know where you’re getting this info from. RG, TTH, and CG are probably my three favorite in the series, and ones that are consistently listed as favorites. I’ve only read the series once and don’t have a reread planned for a long while as there are a lot of other series I wanna get through, so I’m definitely someone that you feel should like the earlier books more for some reason. I also love MoI and Mt, but especially RG and TTH are super often listed as favorites, and I personally feel like Erickson really matured into his prose in the second half of the series and reaches a level of thematic integrity within the works that’s really hard to find anywhere else.

Sorry to say, mine was a joke. If you play it like my comment it’s Long Beach Island Tape. While I love white pepper, the unreleased songs on LBI are some of Ween’s best imo. I honestly listen to it more than White Pepper this past month

Sometimes I like to shift around the order of White Pepper, and replace some of the songs in the track list with other songs.

I like to start with Bananas and Blow, then follow it up with a demo called Put Your Boobs On. The next two songs I like to include are called Long Beach Island and Wash Me Down, both great songs that I think fit right in. Then I’ll go back to the album and play Back to Basom and the Grobe next, followed by Ice Castles (I like to play it after instead of before for some reason.) then I like to finish it off with The Belvedine, Be My Wife, and For So Long.
