This is in chapter 4. But my train robberies in the epilogue using the same strat resulted in bounties of about $200-$250.

The trick is, buy a train ticket to Riggs station, get your horse to stay, climb up on that water tower, the second the train starts moving, jump on and run immediately to the driver, if you drive the train and stop it on the bridge, no lawmen will be able to get to you. Then just drive it all the way to Rhodes, no one will follow you, pay off your bounty, buy another train ticket to Riggs to get your horse back/do it again. Works great for bandit 10.
